Shipping And Handling Due to the size and shape of some of our products, we can only offer local delivery on fencing materials. If you require local delivery, please phone our sales office to discuss delivery prior to placing your order.
Please note that deliveries of fencing materials are to kerbside only. If you are not in to accept delivery we will try and contact you to advise whether it is agreeable to complete the delivery or to refuse the delivery.
Smaller items will be sent in the post - depending on the size we will advise on postage costs.
Delivery Schedule We do not have set days for our delivery routes, as these can vary significantly. We will try and advise an estimated delivery day at the point of order, however we reserve the right to amend this at short notice due to events that can occur out of our control. We understand that you may have a certain window that you require your delivery. Where possible we will try and accomodate your needs as best we can.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Our industry is very seasonal, and following heavy winds and inclement weather, it is not uncommon for lead times to get up to more than 4 weeks. If this is the case, we will advise on the anticipated lead-in time. You always have the option to cancel the order should you rather not wait.
