3 Vacancies on the Council and co-option of new members

There has been no request for an election in respect of the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr Holt and it is now for the Council to co-opt a person to fill the vacancy.

There are now 2 vacancies on the Council which should be filled by co-option "as soon as is practicable". Expressions of interest have been received from 3 persons, details of which will be separately circulated to members.
