This
practical and distinctive building will soon become that extra room
you've always wanted. With sizes from 12' x 8' up to 20' x 12' plus
a 3' verandah, The Pavilion makes an ideal home office or sports facility.
With versatile Georgian double doors and two fixed windows on the front
and a large opening window in each end (with brass handles and window
stays), the interior is light and airy.
Size: 12'
(3.6m), 16' (4.87m) or 20' (6.1m) wide, by 8' (2.43m), 10' (3.04m) or
12' (3.6m) deep.

(internal): 7' (2.13m)
Apex height
(internal): 7'9" (2.41m) on 8' deep models and 8'3" (2.51m)
on 10' and 12' deep models
Doors: 4'
(1.21m) wide double doors with our standard superior quality 50mm thickness
doors.
Cladding: A
choice of 12mm tongue and grooved deal or cedar shiplap or 15mm deal
logroll.
Framing: 33mm
x 45mm deal on all 8' deep buildings and 33mm x 58mm deal on all 10'
and 12' deep buildings
